We are committed to providing the highest quality service to our clients. We do not double-book and reserve extra time for each procedure to make sure that you get the attention that you need. We value your time. In order for us to maintain that level of excellence while accomodating considerable demand for our services, we ask you to value our time as well and observe the following:
- APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED. NO WALK-INS PLEASE.
- CASH OR CREDIT CARD ONLY. PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
- $50 DEPOSIT PER PROCEDURE IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
- $50 FEE FOR APPOINTMENTS, INCLUDING COMPLIMENTARY FOLLOW-UPS, MISSED WITHOUT PRIOR 48-HOUR NOTICE.
- WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO HONOR YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 30 MINUTES LATE

- MODEL DISCOUNT: Our permanent makeup training program needs models for our students. All procedures are done by graduating students under close supervision of the instructor. COST OF ANY PROCEDURE (except full lip color): $100 cash only for a single session. Cost of full lip color: $200 cash only for a single session
- CASH DISCOUNT: 10% OFF for cash payment

Cosmetic Makeup
- TWO SESSIONS, THREE WEEKS APART, ARE REQUIRED TO ACHIEVE THE MOST NATURAL, LONG-LASTING RESULTS FOR ALL COSMETIC PROCEDURES. IN THOSE RARE CASES WHEN YOUR BODY KEEPS REJECTING PIGMENT AND ADDITIONAL SESSIONS ARE REQUIRED WITHIN TWO MONTHS FROM THE SECOND SESSION, WE CHARGE $50 PER SESSION, PAYABLE IN CASH, TO COVER THE COST OF MATERIALS.
