We are committed to providing the highest quality service to our clients. We do not double-book and reserve extra time for each procedure to make sure that you get the attention that you need. We value your time. In order for us to maintain that level of excellence while accomodating considerable demand for our services, we ask you to value our time as well and observe the following:

• APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED. NO WALK-INS PLEASE.
• $50 DEPOSIT PER PROCEDURE IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
• $50 FEE FOR APPOINTMENTS, MISSED WITHOUT PRIOR 24-HOUR NOTICE.
• THERE WILL BE A CHARGE OF $50 FOR RESCHEDULING COMPLIMENTARY FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT MISSED WITHOUT PRIOR 24-HOUR NOTICE
• WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO HONOR YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 30 MINUTES LATE
